At Routine Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Return Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or wear
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@routineshop.store
  • Share your order details along with clear images of the product
  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the process

Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund
  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or provided bank/UPI details

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Customers must provide correct payment details to avoid delays

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • In case of exchange requests, the process will be handled similarly to returns

Important Notes

  • Routine Store reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product)
