At Routine Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.
Return Policy
- We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of use, damage, or wear
- Original packaging or tags are missing
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@routineshop.store
- Share your order details along with clear images of the product
- Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the process
Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund
- Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method or provided bank/UPI details
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
- Customers must provide correct payment details to avoid delays
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- In case of exchange requests, the process will be handled similarly to returns
Important Notes
- Routine Store reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product)
